This product hasn't worked since the first time I installed it. I received my key right away, but it hasn't worked. You can only email tech support (which I've done twice) and have yet to get a response back from them.

Beware - AML SOFT promises immediate download key after purchase with credit card, which is completely untrue. You'll get a message stating you may have to wait up to 12 hours for the download key. Forget about trying to get a refund if you've found & purchased a similar product instead of waiting for AML.
