Not recommendable for professional usage. Dll often creates different IDs depending on account of logged-on user (normal user or super user) which is an absolute No-go

No support for 64 bit OS. It crashes violently. Doesn't support VMWare either. The support is slow to respond to questions and is not helpful.

The generated ID is not unique for some machines as stated here and in their website. I have tested with about 7 machines with different specs and brand(mostly Dell and Compaq), some giving identical ID. I have email twice to the support email, no reply at all! Whoever interested please do a further test before you buy. If you are looking for 100%(i will say 25%) unique ID, this is not what you want.
