Download Master is edition of "Internet Download Accelerator" developed by same company for ex-USSR people. If you want english try to use Internet Download Accelerator, it's trialware.

This looks like a very interesting download manager. It doesent seem to support English speakers so I haven't been able to use it yet. I hope to get an english upgrade.

Все замечательно, только жаль, что нет английского перевода. Если у вас Windows русская, то все в порядке, иначе - работать просто не возможно.
