As I read other reviews, I am struck that the negative ones either have horrible, unstable equipment or must be from competitors trying to disrespect a good product. I have been using this since version 4 with excellent results. It is true that there are occasional hiccups with some newly encrypted movies, but they are solved in the next release when it happens. I have contacted tech support three times (once for an activation code issue, twice for tech questions) and each time they have responded in under 48 hours with successful answers. Very good support, beats Microsoft!!
