I can't say enough good things about my experience with this program thus far. I have had 2 system crashes in the past year that wiped out my iTunes Library and both times this software has flawlessly copied my music off of my iPod and put it back into my iTunes Library. I have a basic iPod, 40g, no video.
Even if you've never had a system crash before or had iTunes reconfigure your Library on you, I would recommend that you get this program. System crashes are a fact of computer life. If your iPod music (and video) collection are as important to you as they are to me, then this program is a must have item!
