Rating:
The program is a ightmare to install. you end up not installing it. Poor tech support and customer service. You end up paying for the program and getting nothing. The company is in China. they do not believe in refund or returns. Once they get the money they cling to it no matter what.
Consider alternatives; Netvizor is rated number 2 onthe top 10 list, which I ended up buying and it is very good.
