I am running an MC50 with PPC WM 2003 SE. Pocket RAR would not install... it said "'pocketrar371' is not a valid Pocket PC application." But this page claims it will install on Windows Mobile 2003 and the download page claims it will install on Windows Mobile 2002 and higher.
