Like an earlier reviewer stated, the old version 3.x versions worked great and support was responsive. In the new version you have to restore the searches every time you use it and on numerous occasions I've lost all my searches which is very annoying. Emails to the support team now go unanswered. My brother also ows the product and has the same problems I do and his request for support has gone unanswered. It was his understanding that the developer quit and when he wrote in for support once an employee recommended another product. Avoid this software and save you $$$.
