I mean, go on this website an you'll see a million programs that guarantee to upload teh drivers that you need from specific companies or manufactuerers. That's great adn all, but what if you don't know who made y our sound card or DVD card. They said they would offer a free scan and tell you the drivers taht were missing and then you can go and find them yourself or buy the software. I didn't need it for much, as it turned out. There really good thing was that they told me who made my soundcard, which I couldn't figure out for the life of me. Turns out it was some brand that I never heard of called Creative Technology. I was able to figure things out from there by going to the website and looking at the tutorial center. So glad I wasn't victim to the ol' bait and switch...

I just assumed that printer problems were inevitable after you bought one for two months. Just figured that is the way they worked. (BTW had good customer support on this as I needed it at first. Maybe they have changed personnell or fired the person who wasn't doing a good job? Because I got everything I needed w/in 24 hrs, usually w/in afternoon.) AFTER I GOT DRIVERBOOST I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PRINTER PROBLEMS, PERIOD! And I work with 3 different ones and sometimes new ones as well (I have to go to different offices, I do a lot of consulting). No more print jobs getting inexplicably delayed, then you accidentally tell them to print themsevles 3 more times, even though you thought they were completely finished, and then you have to wait for all of that to finally get what you're really wanting to print. Or like when you haven't used the printer in 2 days but it's still got the other day's jobs "on hold" and you can't do anything, etc. Anyways,

When I did, I got something mixed up with the registration key and heard back from them within 24 hours. They have a technical support team that has a letter that they send out to help walk you through it, but when it still didn't work, they referred me to some guy on their team named David Gaines. If you want to contact the people directly, this is the best email to get things ironed out. I know firsthand. driverboost@driverboost.com. He ended up helping out a lot, and I told him that I would drop a review on here. WAs it 5 stars, well no, because I had to spend some time contacting them, but if the registration had not gone wrong, it'd have been fine.
Reviewer: Schalk Version: DriverBoost 6.6.0.16 Date: Jun 11, 2011 Rating:	The software is actually worth more than 3 stars, but the after sales support lets them down. The software identified some issues for me, but getting the team to respond to me has been frustrating to say the least - it is now 11 June, and I have been struggling to get them to respond to me since 14 May. I have already sent off three emails but no luck... I wish I knew of another application that would really solve my problems, because DriverBoost has not done it for me.
Reviewer: Gail Version: DriverBoost 6.5.0.14 Date: Jan 8, 2011 Rating:	Try and get a refund from this company. 10 e-mails and one certified letter and still no refund. They say they will respond in 24 hours. I requested a refund December 22, 2010. You cannot talk to a person when you call the phone number. They have sent me the same e-mail 6 times requesting information I have already submitted to them 4 times. They took the money from my account 1 minute after I entered it. I think all these rating have been submitted from company employees.
