I really liked the hsCADCreator. It did what I wanted. I used to to open up my .dwg drawings (I think it supports quite a few others though) and edit them. The user-interface was pleasing to the eye and there were all the tools I needed. All peculiarities I adjusted to after a bit of use, but that will happen with anything new.
