When I first got it it seemed to work. I had to [put it on a new comp because my other one trashed. I tried opver and over to get a new key to install but got no response. Tried to see if I could fix it with the advanced version which was muli-license and it still doesn't recognize the new s/n. The only time you get a response from something is when you request a new activation code. I have emailed over and over and even warned them I would report them. But still no response. I have sent notice to Paypal and no responsponse from them either. I'm pretty much done with the both of them.Nobody buy this or get caught like I did.
