Bought this last year, system went down and after buying new one in dec 2007 tried to install. s/n not valid, no response, bought another then Recover and then the multi-computer license. Guess I know who's really stupid here. I've been trying for 6 months. Guess I'll have have to find a site to report this fraud to. And notify Paypal

This is just a piece of junk. I bought the full version and it doesn't work and nobody answer the tech support so I cancelled the payment on the credit card.

I purchased the software, received the activation key pretty quickly - but THE ACTIVATION KEY DOES NOT WORK. And, KeyTech does NOT respond to tech support emails, and they do not have a published phone number on their website. This is a BOGUS company - do not purchase from them!
