The scientific calculator is one of the most powerful I have seen, plus it has a large scratch pat for working out complex math problems, combined with triple integration and triple differentiation, 2-3D graphing, it makes for a nice little math package. The software DOES require registration after 30 days, but the registration is currently FREE.

I is actually free, but will require registration (also free) after 60 days. The calculus utiilty is powerful, triple integrals and triple differentials. Function library is easily extendable, I added my own new catagories and functions. Highly recommended.
