I tried to remove this from my computer and got an erro message ...I have e-mailed Alpine 3 times and they have not responded once!!! If you ask me ...DO NOT LOAD ON YOUR COMPUTER ... since they have not helped me all I can do is tell my experince...i WILL POST ANY UPDATE IF i DO GET HELP FROM THEM. However, at this time I will not use any product from this company!
