Russian Language and Hollywood Movies in the HollywoodVocabulary Software! Download the program free and train the Russian Language where and when you desire. HollywoodVocabulary is based on subtitles of Hollywood well-known movies. We launched the program software which combines simplicity and convenience. HollywoodVocabulary consists of different levels. This flexibility lets use the system for all comers, regardless of the foreign language level. During the program development we examined the whole material only from Hollywood pictures, and formed it on the frequency principle. We tried out not only modern movies, but also motion pictures from 40-60s of the XXth century. The study material is divided into four topics: words, phrases, phrasal verbs and idioms. Each subject is located in a separate English-Russian Dictionary, which you are able to add to the system in order to create a library (data base for learning). Besides, the user can table the learning process, when and how the dictionaries will be altered, and on which subject will be worth to bring to notice. HollywoodVocabulary is aimed to get over a language barrier and become proficient in skills and abilities to communicate in typical daily life. The cultural aspect plays an important role in learning a foreign language. We chose best-seller Hollywood films as the base for our analysis. The cinema relates to the pop-culture, has the biggest audience and influences on the public culture very much, including the language culture, that’s why very often word-combinations from films become "winged words" and are used in a spoken language.
