This software leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased hastily and now I regret my purchase. Other software out there performs better, converts a wider variety of formats and is not as buggy. I have requested a refund - but they refuse. I bought the software less than a week ago and have since emailed tech support about 15 times and each time they tell me that it is not a supported format "dvr-ms" or that it is a corrupt file. Save your money - buy one of the competitors!!! At the very least, test the heck out of it before you buy. (I wish I would have!!)
