Windows 10 is so different from previous versions and not intuitive enough to self teach. Thank goodness I copied all my files and documents to an external drive because windows 10 either deleted them all or moved them to places unknown. Parts of the program doesn't work and even though it was advertised that it comes with a period of free tech support it does not. For them to fix any issues from the upgrade there is a hefty charge. The tech I talked to had a strong accent, blithered on intelligently and told me to go complain about it on social media...so I am.
