It supports web-based mailboxes and backup files, and offers advanced search features such as Boolean search, simple search, and regular expression search that allow users to create their own custom search filters. The software offers dedicated case management facility and features like tagging, logs maintenance, bookmarking, data exporting, etc. that help in creating new cases and updating existing cases. The email forensic program also supports export of email data in multiple file formats such as HTML, RTF, PDF, PST, MSG, and Plain Text. The users can also export specific data like attachment data, searched data, etc. to limit clutter and organize the evidence files. To make message scanning easier, the program offers different email previews for HTML, RTF, Hex, etc. The forensic software also shares the SHA1, SHA256, and MD5 hash values of scanned emails for easy verification and authentication of collected data.
